All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or product launches.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We offer free shipping on orders above €45 within the Netherlands.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages
While we always do our best to ensure timely delivery, Bekhayer is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, incorrect addresses, or customs.
If your package appears lost, please contact us and we’ll assist you in tracking it down with the courier.
7. Order Address Accuracy
Please double-check your address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
