Returns & Exchange Policy

At Bekhayer, your satisfaction means everything to us. Each jewelry piece is carefully checked before shipping, but if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on unused and unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received (unused, unworn, and undamaged).

  • Include the original packaging and any jewelry boxes or pouches.

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings

  • Pierced jewelry

  • Gift cards

3. Rings

Please make sure to choose the correct ring size before placing your order.
If your ring does not fit, you may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days, provided it is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

4. Return Process

To start a return or exchange, please email us at info@bekhayer.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the reason for return or exchange

  • Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bekhayer.com with your order number and photos. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or store credit.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If you still haven’t received it after 10 business days, contact us at info@bekhayer.com and we’ll assist you.
